If you are looking for a change of pace, a fresh start or a reset our BootCamps are a fantastic way to re-energize your fitness routine. Our nationally certified coaches love what they do and it shows in their classes. Every class you take at "WiscoFit" will be different, which keeps your body guessing and keeps the results flowing.
The foundation of each class is Functional Movement, we couple that with
-Balance/agility work(ladders,yoga, pilates)
All with varying intensities to keep your body guessing.
You will not find another class like this in our area and that's not even the best part. There's no experience required!!! All you have to do is show up and be ready to work hard! We will take care of the rest
